So mention your coaching responsibilities, performance management experience and also include the number of staff that you had to coach. Even if you do not have management experience, but you train you servers, it’s still valuable to include your relevant coaching experience. Because great food and beverage managers are great coaches.
Lastly, food and beverage employers look for people with experience in related industries. If you have experience in the hotel sector, country clubs, or catering make sure you mention this.
