  • During this period I worked in Mutual Life Insurance from Monday to Friday (40 hours), and I worked Friday night and Saturday night in First American (25 hours) as night shift DBA (in command center).
  • Involved in analysis, design and development of a data conversion project.
  • Migrated data from GoldMine (CRM system) to Pivotal.
  • Participated in designing the over all architecture of conversion process.
  • Created logical and physical models using Erwin.
  • Created the staging databases using the physical model.
  • Prepared project plan and design documents to develop the conversion modules.
  • Created stored procedures, triggers and user defined functions in SQL Server 2000 (using SQL and T-SQL).
  • Created DTS Packages to load the Staging Databases.
  • Created test scripts using SQL and T-SQL.
  • Used Visual Source Safe (Version Control System) to check in and check out the database scripts and procedures.
