Act as the Subject Matter Expert & single point of contact for the Associate Quality Safety Administration (AQSA) application, which tracked and charted the productivity of the associate staff and the compliance of the management staff.
Created the application and oversaw its progress from infancy to deployment. Completed writing brand new training documentation; method & procedures, as well as a NetLearn (on line training) Course for the AQSA application.
