Normally if I told someone to be a tease it would be taken the wrong way. When it comes to how to great resume, sometimes what you don’t say is just as important as what you do say. All too often I see link the job text in a resume the result is that the resume reads like a detailed job description or work procedure manual. Instead the art is to write a resume and tell the reader some information but create questions in their minds so they will call you to interview. Here is a great resume writing tip:

The art of resume writing is to get their attention, tell them that you have the requirements but then leave out the rest to create questions. In other words your resume should leave something for the employer to clarify and you will be invited to an interview.
