• Accompany launch programs until run-rate is achieved, if customer requires
• Maintained integral systems and databases and assorted duties as assigned
• Delivered start-up assistance for new equipment being installed at customer sites
• Read and understand mechanical, electrical, pneumatic drawing, schematics and diagrams (cad and paper)
• Resolves all normal customer relations’ situations and communicates unusual customer situations to a higher level
